Chris’s broad range of experience, including completing an MBO and owning and running an SME business, brings hands on experience to support his advice.
Matt is a Chartered Accountant who took the decision to move into Corporate Finance. Over the years he has worked on multiple different transactions across all fields and sizes of corporate finance including distressed funding and business support.
In 2012, following winning the Young Dealmaker of the Year Award at the Insider South Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards, Matt spent 2 years working in the corporate team of Lloyds Bank, looking after a small portfolio of clients ranging from £25m to £460m turnover, before moving back into corporate finance.
