Staff Enrol with Mindshop to Enhance Client Services
As part of our consistent drive to improve client service and enhance the knowledge and candid advice we provide, Sarika Bhimjiani (Grey and Green) and Matt Milnes (Needle Mackenzie Spencer) have enrolled on the Mindshop programme.
Designed by a consultant group originally from Australia, Mindshop brings together over 1,000 advisors to pool ideas, experiences and learning. Focussed around business improvement skills, it offers a wealth of training, tools and support that enables more meaningful conversations with clients.
Sarika and Matt will use their learning alongside their own experiences to challenge, guide and help clients overcome any obstacles or blockers that they may be experiencing.
Chris Sellars, MD of both businesses, comments: “By enrolling two of our key staff on the Mindshop programme, we’re demonstrating our commitment to delivering better quality conversations and outcomes for our clients.”
He continues: “I’m looking forward to watching how Sarika and Matt take what they learn and apply this to improve the advice element of our service and, ultimately, our clients’ businesses. They will add real value when speaking to and advising clients, which will set us apart from our competitors.”
Matt comments: “I’m keen to develop strategic, longer-term business support for my clients. The support Mindshop offers will be invaluable when sitting in front of owners who are looking to plan for the future or are unsure as to how to move forward with their business.”

2017 - A Great Year for Needle Mackenzie Spencer
Matt Milnes joined Needle Mackenzie Spencer in July 2017.
As the calendar year draws to a close, it is often a time to reflect. This year has been a big year for Needle Mackenzie Spencer with the joint venture of Needle Partners and Mackenzie Spencer taking place, closely followed by the appointment of Matt Milnes.
The boost and energy these generated has been encouraging. We currently have around 15 active transactions with many more in the pipeline and there are no obvious signs of slowdown. This is encouraging for both the team and the wider corporate finance market as well.
We would like to thank all the clients we have worked with, and are still working with, along with the introducers and professional community who have supported us throughout 2017.
